Peggy Ware was first licensed to practice law in Colorado in 1998 and has been practicing law ever since. She brings her strong background in trial practice and her broad experience working with various parts of the legal system to her family law practice. She has practiced family law all over the Denver Metro Area since 2002.

Peggy began her career as a Jefferson County Public Defender, conducting numerous jury trials, trials to judges, preliminary hearings and sentencing hearings. She also served as a County Attorney for Adams County, where she worked with Social Services and numerous mental health professionals on Dependency and Neglect Cases.

Peggy believes that cases should settle quickly, with as little expense and acrimony as possible. She works hard to achieve the best result for her clients, while helping them preserve their integrity and peace of mind. When settlement is not possible, Peggy has the experience, skills and tenacity to represent her clients fully in court.
