Daryl James has been practicing family law since 1986, negotiating and litigating divorce, post-divorce, child custody and support cases. He is Vice President of the Boulder Interdisciplinary Committee, a professional organization committed to assisting children and parents in divorcing families, and was a past co-chair of the Family Law section of the Boulder County Bar Association.

In 2004, he joined with three other family law practitioners, David Kirsh, John Inness-Brown and Margaret Ware to form James, Kirsh, Inness-Brown & Ware, LLC. Daryl represents clients in several jurisdictions along the Front Range, including Boulder, Adams, Larimer, Arapahoe, Douglas and Jefferson Counties.

Daryl is committed to providing the best legal, negotiation and mediation services possible. Legal services include everything from a single consultation to complete representation throughout the divorce or collaborative divorce. Daryl is also trained as a mediator, and offers help to couples trying to mediate their separation and parenting issues.
